You have done an incredible job on this teaser challenge. You’ve constructed some great similes. I really like the bottom one! I know exactly what you mean, sometimes the sea can be as clear and magnificent as glass. You’ve created quite the visual. It reminds me of going to the beach on a calm and hot summer day. Maybe we’ll get to see that over the coming summer holiday. I also really like the image you have included. It relates very well to your second simile. Did you make it yourself or did you find it online?
I did notice that bottom simile is a little bit hard to read because of your gradient background going from yellow to white and your text itself being white. Maybe you could change the colour of the text so it stands out a bit more for your readers.
